Introduction into Self-DefenseThis is a featured page

This is a form of martial art is designed as any but from a personal view of Instinctive Fighting from Basic Techniques. This form of martial art has really been around for a long time no-one has really just came to a basic ideal of combat, people just want to glamorize on technical names. Name for several reasons not that names are good or bad, for everything needs to be identified or labeled. Names are what brings attraction and interests to people.
Nowadays people tend to debate in all categories of what is better or who is faster, it is all a competition.
People who are always wanting to debate over specific areas regardless if they have even really studied martial arts. They think that they can beat nearly anyone because it brings out a competitive role in themselves. This is what it really comes down to is a competition, but in actual combat the competition is survival and not the proper display of moves or Kata's being displayed but instinctive motion to survive.
As we all get into self-defense, first what does it mean, its intention and definition. Well to put it in a easy way to put it is, it is formed so that you can defend yourself from an assailant with less force necessary to get free on to gain control with out over exertion of force. Just try to imagine yourself fracturing someones' skull by continuously hitting them with unnecessary force with they may have only pushed you, or grabbed you. Did you go through the proper means of telling them to let go before your execution? This is as important to distinguish proper clarification proper to your actions, because if your action was far more intentional then theirs then you may be just at fault.
Know there are several types of martial arts out there, many try to do the same thing, but who doesnt really! It is very similiar in all ways just the intention of the intial process. Peope train as they fight but what also creates fighting, the intention to prove something? Really what do you personally quite wish to do once you learn how to slash and stab with a knife or bite and break someone. You see various forms of fighting wanting to recieve the better and possibly the quickest one to learn, this is where some tend to go away from martial arts because it takes dedication and willings to contiue to fullfill your personal goals to better ones self, but to learn how to fight is something aggressive. One should overview the aggressiveness but not study it for it will just result in a outcome physically and mentally.
